Copyright
All images are purchased for personal use only and not for financial gain. By submitting an order form, either electronically or by post you are agreeing that I retain the full copyright and licensing rights to the artwork I produce from your photograph(s), thereby allowing me to use the artwork in any way I see fit for an indefinite period of time. This includes displaying the artwork in advertising materials and online and excluding selling copies of the aforementioned image. If you are unhappy and return the painting then I retain the artwork and copyright and the right to display and/or sell it to a third party, or use the image on items for sale.

Payment
No image is dispatched until payment has been made in full. Payment is due when you have seen and approved your image online. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon ordering your painting. Your painting will not be started until this deposit has been received.

Delivery and Work Times
Standard work time is between 3-5 weeks depending on the size of the painting, but can be up to three months at busy times. Once your order is recieved, you will be advised of the waiting period.
Once completed the images will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. You will be notified via email the day your portrait is posted. I cannot be held responsible for delays incurred while in transit. You will need to be in to sign for your painting. For overseas customers the images are delivered by Royal Mail Airsure Signed For. Royal Mail can track these parcels, and it will need to be signed for on delivery.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your painting please notify me as soon as possible. Your 25% deposit will not be refunded. Any work cancelled more than 7 days after your order conformation date incur an additional cancellation charge of £10 plus 5 % of the total cost of the over all image. Work can be cancelled by email, post or phone.

Photographs
By sending me photograph(s) of the subject you are confirming that you either own the copyright to the photograph(s) or have gained permission and/or a license from the copyright owner to in turn grant me a license to use the photograph(s) to produce your image, and in advertising material for an indefinite period of time. Further, in sending me the photograph(s), either electronically or by post, you agree to indemnify me against any costs arising from claims made against me by person’s claiming to own the copyright. If I am required to travel to take photos then copyright of the photos belongs to me and you will sign a model release form so that I may use the photos in whatever way I deem fit to complete the project and also in the marketing of my business.

Prints
Prints are purchased for personal use only. They will not be sent until payment has been made in full. Please allow 28 days for the prints to arrive. They will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will need to be in to sign for them. If you are not happy with them, you have 14 days to return them, undamaged, for a full refund. I will not refund prints that are damaged. I am not responsible for any damage while images are in transit.

Guarantee
I guarantee all my images for quality and the likeness to the subject. If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork and you return it safely wrapped and undamaged within 14 days you will receive a full refund less the deposit.
Images returned damaged and/or after 14 days will not be refunded.
